These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Lawyer Diary Pro operated by Jarvis Technologies. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using Lawyer Diary Pro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be:
- At least 18 years of age
- A legal professional (lawyer, advocate, legal consultant) or authorized to use legal case management tools
- Capable of forming a binding contract
3. User Account
3.1 Account Creation
- You must register using either Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple
- Both authentication methods provide the same features and access
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- One account per user; multiple accounts are not permitted
3.2 Account Security
- Keep your Google account credentials secure
- Do not share your account with others
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1 Free Trial
- New users receive 10 free cases and 1 month trial
- Full features are available during the trial period
- No payment information is required for the trial
4.2 Premium Subscription
- Monthly Plan: ₹150 per month
- Yearly Plan: ₹1,500 per year (save 17%)
- iOS Users: Payment processed through Apple App Store
- Android Users: Payment processed through Google Play Store
- Web Users: Payment options available through the web app
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- You can cancel anytime through your app store account
4.3 Platform-Specific Terms
For iOS Users (Apple App Store):
- Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase
- Cancellation: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Lawyer Diary Pro
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
For Android Users (Google Play):
- Payment charged to Google Play Account at confirmation
- Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled before renewal date

4.4 Apple App Store Specific Terms
Important for iOS Users:
- You acknowledge that Apple Inc. ("Apple") is not a party to this agreement and Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Service
- Jarvis Technologies, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Service and its content
- Apple has no warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Service
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party may have relating to the Service
- Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any third-party claim that the Service infringes intellectual property rights
- You represent that: (i) you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary

4.4 Billing

- You are responsible for all applicable taxes

5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Upload malicious code or viruses
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Reverse engineer or decompile the application

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JARVIS TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jarvis Technologies from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

- You may terminate your account at any time through the app
- You can cancel your subscription through your app store
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our retention policy

13. Governing Law

1. Overview
This Refund Policy outlines our policy regarding refunds for Lawyer Diary Pro subscriptions. All purchases are processed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store, and refund eligibility is determined by their respective policies as well as ours.
2. Free Trial
- All new users receive a free trial (10 cases + 1 month premium)
- No payment is required during the trial period
- You can cancel anytime before the trial ends without charge
- If you cancel during trial, no refund is necessary as no payment was made
3. Subscription Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our Service and immediate access to features upon purchase:

Account Deletion Policy

1. Your Right to Delete
We respect your right to privacy and data control. You can permanently delete your Lawyer Diary Pro account and all associated data at any time. This action is irreversible.

Warning: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your data will be lost forever. We strongly recommend exporting your data before deletion.
3. How to Delete Your Account
